Congratulations
to Cassi Price, Rilla Snedden and Haylee Raikko for qualifying to compete at
DECA’s International Career Development Conference this spring in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
Attention
Baseball Players: Their will be a brief sign up meeting today immediately
after school in the cafeteria. All Varsity, JV and Freshmen please attend
if you are interested in trying out for baseball in March. See Coach
Henning in his office next to the teacher work room if you are unable to attend.
Attention
freshmen: Jostens will be in the cafeteria on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb
8 & 9, to collect class ring orders. A Jostens rep will also be here
during conferences on February 9 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Please bring a $50
deposit with your order form. Extra order forms are available in the
office.
Voting for the Snowcoming court will be Feb. 9 and 10. If any senior does not wish to be considered for the court, see Mrs. Richardson to have your name removed from the ballot. The date of the Snowcoming dance has been changed again. It is now going to be on Saturday, Feb 18. The basketball game vs. Ogemaw Heights is scheduled for Friday night, Feb 17. Snowcoming guest passes are available in the main office. The pass must be signed by your guest’s principal. Please allow yourself plenty of time to make sure your pass is completed correctly. Completed forms are due in the main office by 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 14.

Nemecek in the Enrichment Office about a summer pre-college program in New York
City. Or if the Big Apple is too far
away, check out Dennison College’s summer writing workshop in Granville, Ohio.

those of you who want a more intensive Prep, you want to join the ACT Bootcamp ….Training
for your Brain. See the flyers posted in the hall for more details or
talk to Mrs. Pontoni in room 205. The Bootcamp starts soon and has room
for 4 more students.
