10 moles water (H₂O)

0.04 moles sugar (C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁)

0.001 extract (C₆H₈O₇)

Method –

Mass water in a cup.

Mass sugar in cup, stirring with a plastic knife.

Carefully add extract to cup.

If you drop extract on the scale, notify instructor immediately!!
