All pre-employment paperwork needs to be printed from the PCMI website, completed and then sent to PCMI/WillSub (fax, e-mail or U.S. Mail).  The procedure is as follows:

·          Choose E-Forms/Packets

 

·          Choose P, then Petoskey Public Schools

 

·          Choose the appropriate application:

o         General Employment 

(any employment other than sub teacher or coaches)

o         Coaching Employment

o         Substitute Teacher Employment

 

·          Follow the three (3) step process for the application.

1.       Complete the application,

2.       Complete the online training,

3.       Submit the completed application and any supplemental documents to:
