"Veggie Mobile"
Automotive Technology Students
The calculations below were performed by Kyle Tauzer who was studying AP Physics C at Petoskey High School. The work below is all attributed to our attempt to decrease the time for switching the veggie mobile from diesel to vegetable oil during the winter months in Michigan. The calculations eventually led us in the direction of increasing our coolant flow which currently works the most efficiently and rapidly. Further testing will take place during the winter of 2009.
