The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Department is under the direction of
Chef Roy Hall at Petoskey High School. Classes that are
offered by Chef Hall include Introductory Foods for Life, Hospitality/Food Service I and
II. We currently use all the vegetable oil that is discarded by the Culinary Arts Program in the Veggie Mobile. Students bring the "old" vegetable oil to the science department which filters the veggie oil for waste particles and then uses to run the "Veggie Mobile"
