Willsub Quick Reference

For Teachers

If you have a special request, please see your building secretary first. Most problems can be handled quickly and efficiently in this manner.
If you have a problem with a past absence or a pending absence that requires attention, please contact Nicole, our Willsub operator at 231-348-2354. She will follow up within 24 hours.
Leave paperwork must be forwarded to your building administrator prior to your leave date, or immediately upon your return if your absence is unplanned.

For Substitutes

If you have a pay question, please contact PCMI at 1-888-767-8322.
If there is a chance for inclement weather, please check for school cancellations on your local television and/or radio.
TO CANCEL AN ASSIGNMENT: Substitutes have the ability to cancel their assignment on the website for Petoskey Schools until 7:00 a.m. the morning of the assignment. After that time please call Nicole, our Willsub operator at 231-348-2354. Nicole's Willsub contact hours are 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday though Friday.
All substitutes are required to check-in immediately at the main office of the building they will be working at, and to check-out at the end of their assignment. This is for both payroll and security reasons, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
